The Suture Anchor is a titanium implant available in 2.8 mm and 3.5 mm diameters. It comes preloaded with USP #2 suture.
This implant is designed for arthroscopic applications. The anchor can be inserted through a small diameter spear, which eliminates the need for a cannula. This system is ideal for SLAP and subscapularis repairs where a small stab incision and percutaneous delivery of the implant are preferred.
In most cases, the implant can be manually inserted using the handled version. A drill is available for use in hard bone if desired.
